Bean Brothers level unlock updated!

Sweet change for players who wish to play levels individually: from now on, when you finish one level, the next one is unlocked, and you can play it from the level selector screen.

This happens from any play mode: in start-to-end mode, or from the level selector.

For programmers: completing level N unlocks level N+1, playable from level selector screen :-)

But remember, there is still a reward for players who complete all levels in start-to-end mode, an ending screen with does NOT appear from level selector screen. You will have to finish all levels consecutively from the start-to-end mode to access that screen!
